Alex is a highly experienced practitioner who always goes the extra mile. She is a wonderful person- She's very calm and she explains everything clearly, using images so you know exactly what's going on. She helped my Mum and Dad who are extremely elderly. Mum is so happy -she can actually hear again after being almost completely deaf for the past month. It's like she's got a new lease of life. She said :  ' It's a miracle'. I was able to get an appointment at rather short notice and after a brief medical background check went straight into a thorough and professional examination and wax removal from both ears (one worse than the other).
